Charity Program
Liberty provides heavily subsidized lunch on weekdays to all employees. The proceeds from the sale of lunch tickets go to a fund managed by a committee of employees to support employees going through situations that are financially demanding such as child birth, wedding, death of a family member, illness and tragedies.
Quarterly Social Gathering
Employees get together every quarter to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere to build stronger relationships, boost morale, increase engagement, build confidence and create an environment where employees feel that they belong.
Lunch and Learn
This is a program that is held monthly where employees attend a presentation while having their lunch. The presentation is usually of common interest to attract most employees to attend and it is designed to widen employees’ understanding of our business operations, culture and plans.
Sports Day
Liberty organizes a sports day every year to bring all employees together to have fun participating in sports and games with trophies and medals given to the best performers. This is the most favourite event for our employees.
Annual Party
An annual party is held for employees at the end of the year to celebrate our hard work, successes and acknowledge exceptional individual contributions. It is an event where employees are encouraged to bring their significant others or spouses to the event to allow us appreciate their support to our employees.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Liberty has a CSR committee responsible for finding ways we can serve our country, particularly or nearby communities. Liberty’s activities include providing food to an orphanage, building shelter for the homeless and giving scholarships to financially challenged children.
